Legislature’s Hearing For Housing Justice Act (HB 2017)

Today the Washington House of Representatives held a public hearing to discuss HB 2017, the Housing Justice Act. This piece of legislation would ban landlords from implementing policies that automatically exclude a person with an arrest or conviction record from rental housing.
